Certainly I love country and being so happy for being born here
Though being little backward than the people of the West, yet we are the best Human dear;

As we belong to the ancestor cadre
For we are like the ladder -

The future generation has to step on us
And climb up to progress and prosperity without making any sort of fuss.

Just concentrate on what you have chosen, with better tactics,

Do it constantly
Don't try to see the result instantly,

Keep on doing it so keenful
It will become as so spontaneous, so natural so unmindful.

Constantly work on it by heart,

That would as nice life's journey
Other than this you need not care about any.

This is how one has to practice for a Race.

During running practice also practice to run in circles.

How to do High Jump?
At the beginning just keep on practicing to hop whenever you have time

Do cycling.

Go and swim at least thrice a week.

Once in a week go for weight training. 

Bend your body to arch shape at least thrice a week.

Do running practice twice a week. One day jog for many hours, as to strengthen your stamina. Another day gallop at full speed for many time.

Often just blink at very high buildings  and keep on staring at them so fixedly.

Better do skipping at least once a week.

Practice for a day and the next day have complete rest.

Never jump down from heights.

Before performing, just stare with fixed eyes at the bar so sternly and run towards the bar without seeing the bar and clear it.

Never hesitate at all.

Yet some more points may be added later.
