Nice and Wise

How to do High Jump?
At the beginning just keep on practicing to hop whenever you have time

Do cycling.

Go and swim at least thrice a week.

Once in a week go for weight training. 

Bend your body to arch shape at least thrice a week.

Do running practice twice a week. One day jog for many hours, as to strengthen your stamina. Another day gallop at full speed for many time.

Often just blink at very high buildings  and keep on staring at them so fixedly.

Better do skipping at least once a week.

Practice for a day and the next day have complete rest.

Never jump down from heights.

Before performing, just stare with fixed eyes at the bar so sternly and run towards the bar without seeing the bar and clear it.

Never hesitate at all.

Yet some more points may be added later.
